Our Mission

Our Mission

Our Mission: To offer freedom from unwanted appetites and passions, and freedom for holy living through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Galatians 5:1
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. Romans 1:16a

We fulfill our mission at Redeemed Lives International in four ways: ministering, equipping, advocacy and proclamation.

We MINISTER to those seeking freedom from unwanted passions and appetites through our Conferences and five Pastoral Courses.

We EQUIP Christian leaders for effective pastoral ministry through our Equipping Seminars, Articles, Sermons and free Newsletter.

We ADVOCATE internationally for the Human Rights of all people to exercise their conscience according to their religious beliefs to seek freedom from unwanted appetites and passions. We also defend the rights of clergy and professional therapists who offer help to those who freely seek out their services.

We PROCLAIM to the nations personal freedom by the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through our Conferences, Articles, Sermons, free Newsletter and Human Rights advocacy

Nigel’s Testimony:

My experience with Redeemed Lives (RL) helped me to make sense of the disconnect between my life and faith, and to begin to bring the two back together. It enabled me to understand the nature of my intimate relationships and friendships, and some of the steps I needed to take to open those relationships to the love of Christ. It had proved very hard to find help when I needed it. Even though at the time I was deeply moved by church life, and received much advice from people within the church, it seem that no one had heard of RL or ministries like it. Until I encountered RL, the advice I was given could all be categorized into one of two groups – either (1) that I should accept my desires basically define who I am and I should therefore find a way of building a life around them, or (2) that my desires are sinful and I just need to try harder to fight them. Neither of these options were acceptable to me: I had already made a promise in front of God and the Church to faithfulness in marriage, so defining myself according to desires was not a option; so I was left with the second option, which was disastrous for my soul, my marriage and other relationships. Then I found a third way provided by RL, working through unwanted desires through teaching, small group sharing and pastoral prayer. My whole life changed, for the better.
